I decided to become a vegan 6+ years ago after watching "meet your meat" video. Today, I'm proud of my commitment to the plant based diet and am very happy with my lifestyle change. My husband is also very supportive. Living in San Francisco area makes it easy to be a vegan. There are tons of vegan items to choose from. My best vegan dishes that I learn to make are "Nam Prick Ong", "vegan egg salad", and "vegan gumbo".....yummm....

I also have other interests such as painting, make up, illustration, home decorations, and photography. Currently, I'm a full-time visual designer and a part time make up artist. In the future, who knows.... I will be sure to embrace whatever life throw at me :)”
