Eviction Rates Now Are Higher Than Before the Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been 54,245 evictions filed in Los Angeles County.

Since Mayor Eric Garcetti declared a state of emergency on March 15, 2020, LA landlords have filed over 54,245 evictions against tenants. See the map & learn more.
